Swinburne Aviation Seminar Series on in February

The Swinburne University of Technology's 15th annual Aviation Seminar Series will be held on 8-10 February this year.

The three-day event will feature presentations on a variety of topics imperative to gaining a deep understanding of the ever-changing nature of the Australian industry.

Throughout the event participants will be given opportunities to interact with the expert presenters, other industry delegates and University staff.

The 2012 series will include presentations from CASA, the ACCC, Airservices, the Bureau of Meteorology, Airbus, Thales and Emirates.

A number of human factors sessions will feature, with special focus this year on Fatigue in Aviation, dealing specifically with operational implications and counter measures.

The Series will be held in the Advanced Technologies and the Engineering Building at the University's Hawthorn, Victoria, campus.
