PT6A engine workshop for Cairns

Pratt & Whitney Canada and Hawker Pacific are holding a PT6A customer seminar in Cairns over two days in November.

The event, which will be held at the Aviation Australia Training Centre on the 19th and 20th of November, will be attended by technical representatives from both companies.

The days will involve maintenance and operational technical overview sessions relating to all airframe applications for the PT6A engine.

The agenda will include operator feedback to ensure that the most value is obtained from the event.

Other features will include:

* Boroscope demonstrations with cut away engine and hardware examples
* Compressor washing explanations and demonstrations and software review
* Hawker Pacific/Australian Avionics facility tour
* Hawker Beech technical support
