GSE Services acquires AERO Specialities agency

AERO Specialities, a leading manufacturer and international distributor of aircraft ground support equipment has announced the expansion of its global distribution network into Australasia.

AERO has secured a new distribution agreement with Australia-based GSE Services Pty Ltd. to market and supply AERO Specialties ground support equipment (GSE) products in the Australia Oceania region.

The inclusion of GSE Services as an official AERO distributor increases the scope and reach of the AERO distribution network to access specific regional markets.

GSE Services distribution territory will consist of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the surrounding islands.

“This agreement cements the growth of AERO Specialties in the Oceania region,” stated Matt Sheehan, President of AERO Specialties.

“There is significant market demand for our products in this region and we will now be able to more closely meet the demand from this region’s growing customer base.

AERO Specialties is a one-stop GSE shop, providing new, used and refurbished aircraft GSE to general and commercial aviation customers worldwide.

AERO manufactures hybrid ground power units, lavatory and potable water service carts, oxygen and nitrogen system service carts, as well as aircraft towbars and heads.

AERO is also an authorized distributor of major GSE manufacturers, such as Eagle Tugs, TLD, Unitron and Clyde.

Queensland-based GSE Services provides a full range of new ground support equipment as well as fully refurbished equipment.
