Byron cuts back on GSE side of the business

Byron Aviation GM Rodney Lloyd has advised of changes to the Byron GSE business.

"After many years of financial hardship, we will be reducing our participation in the GSE Hi-lift vehicle market and voluntarily winding up the Byron GSE business," Lloyd says.

"Byron Aviation Pty Ltd will continue to provide innovative solutions to the aviation industry and incorporate much of the aluminium fabrication such as passenger stairs and maintenance stands previously provided by Byron GSE.

"Byron Aviation is ISO9001:2008 accredited and has a dedicated team for precision fabrication.

"All GSE (Ground Support Equipment) Tooling & Machining remains under Byron Aviation with no change to this service.

"Emergency Transport Technology (ETT) will continue to offer advanced vehicle modification and customisation services.

"Enquiries should be directed to Tony Nelson tony@ettvehicles.com or (02) 8727 6813.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback on the launch of the new Byron Aviation website and response to the QA/Project Manager Vacancy.

"New Vacancy – I’m currently looking for a Sales Coordinator with an Engineering or Trade background. Should you know of any suitable candidates please pass on my contact details."
